ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY – TREATMENT OF STAFF

We are experiencing increasing levels of verbal abuse to our staff, both on the phone and in person.  While we do recognise peoples’ anxieties at this time, the fact is that our teams are working extremely hard to help you in really difficult circumstances.  Please do be courteous and have patience to give us the best chance of helping you with whatever assistance you require.  We will adopt a Zero Tolerance approach to people who abuse our staff.
